You agree not to use Walkers for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

Intellectual Property
All content on Walkers is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of VCNFT. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Responsibility for Digital Assets
Walkers and VCNFT are not responsible for the security, loss, or mismanagement of your NFTs, tokens, or other digital assets unless they are lost directly due to a failure of our platform. Any transactions outside the Walkers ecosystem, including peer-to-peer trades, unauthorized sales, or third-party platform usage, are solely your responsibility.
No Responsibility for Scams
Walkers and VCNFT will never contact you privately regarding your assets. If you receive unsolicited messages from individuals claiming to represent Walkers or VCNFT, assume they are fraudulent. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from scams, phishing attacks, or other deceptive practices.
No Responsibility for Device Compatibility & User Errors
Walkers and VCNFT are not liable for any loss of XP, points, or progress resulting from:
- Using a device that is not officially supported by Walkers.
- Failing to follow the proper login and setup instructions.
- Any technical errors, malfunctions, or issues caused by third-party services, including mobile operating systems or wallet providers.
Use at Your Own Risk
Walkers is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and are not responsible for data loss, inaccuracy, or security breaches beyond our control.
Privacy and Data Responsibility
User-Generated Content & Personal Data
Walkers does not collect private user data beyond what is necessary for platform functionality. If you choose to share screenshots, location data, or other personal information publicly or with third parties, you do so at your own risk.

Walkers platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content, security, or policies of these third parties.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walkers, VCNFT, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of Walkers, violation of these Terms, or engagement in prohibited activities.
